The Practice of Gratitude

What daily habit do you do that improves your quality of life?

When I wake

I’m thankful

Grateful, for all the things He has created

I’m thankful

Thankful for the events, people and actions

That has brought me to where I am today,

Or to where I’m meant to end up

Grateful that I might be the person that changes the direction of someone’s life

In a positive way, of course

Or maybe in a negative way, too

My actions may have helped them in their growth!

Grateful

Even when it appears to you that I shouldn’t be.

Practice gratitude always!
